Usage policy

This guideline governs the use of IPEX software (the “IPEX software”) from Ipex AG, Alte Winterthurerstrasse 14, 8304 Wallisellen (“IPEX”). By using the IPEX software, you agree to this policy. IPEX may change this policy by IPEX publishing a revised version on www.ipex.ch or otherwise appropriately referring to a version in the IPEX software. By continuing to use the IPEX software whenever possible, you agree to the most recent version of this Policy.

You may not use, or permit or enable, the IPEX Software as follows:

• To infringe the rights of third parties, in particular personal rights or intellectual property rights of third parties.
• For illegal uses, in particular violations of applicable law.
• For fraudulent or criminal conduct, in particular to disseminate depictions of violence or child pornography or incitement to hate.
• Conduct that impairs the performance of the IPEX software or poses a security risk, including breaches of the security, integrity, or availability of systems or applications by IPEX or other users or customers.
• To spread spam.

When recording claims in the IPEX software, ensure that you do not collect any personal data or otherwise make it available to IPEX. In particular, when taking photos of the area of damage, care must be taken that no people are depicted (e.g. there are no family photos in the photographed area).

If we suspect a violation of this policy, we reserve the right to investigate it and suspend your access without notice. You agree to cooperate with us in any investigation.
