Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) (50-100%)

That's what awaits you

• Telephone and written contact with customers, insurance holders and service providers
• Organization and processing of incoming mail as well as efficient administration of emails and documents
• Digitalization and structured management of relevant documents as part of clearing
• Collecting, updating, and managing data in our internal systems
• Preparation and continuous updating of various reports and statistics

Your profile

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in an administrative and organizational role, ideally in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• French as a mother tongue with excellent oral and written skills; German and/or Italian are an advantage
• Safe use of MS Office and the ability to adapt quickly to new tools
