To strengthen our software development team in Wallisellen, we are looking for a motivated and independent Professional Product Owner (m/f/d) 100% with immediate effect or by appointment.
That's what awaits you
- Professional ownership for a defined product domain/application within our platform
- Responsibility for your application's product roadmap — from vision to implementation
- Consistent alignment of all priorities with customer benefits and strategic objectives
- Close cooperation with our operating team (your users) to identify efficiency potential and optimization opportunities
- Driving efficiency gains and dark processing through targeted use of modern technologies
- Maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog in close cooperation with the operating, back and frontend teams
- Translating technical requirements into precise user stories with clear acceptance criteria
That's what you bring
- Special/university degree in business informatics or comparable education
- At least 3 years of practical experience as a product owner in an agile environment
- Independent, analytical and solution-oriented way of working with a clear ownership mindset
- High level of comprehension and the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships and prioritize them in a structured manner
- Strong understanding of customer benefits as well as of process optimization and automation
- Start-up experience is a plus — especially if you value dynamism, pragmatism, and ownership
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
