Professional UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) 100%
We are a team of dedicated process innovators, independent building experts and competent IT specialists. Together, we're rethinking the management of building damage.
To strengthen our software development team in Wallisellen, we are looking for an experienced and independent Professional UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) 100% with immediate effect or by appointment.
That's what awaits you
- Responsibility for the consistent UI/UX of our entire application landscape (web, mobile and iOS applications) as well as the expansion and development of our design system in Figma
- Translating complex technical requirements into clearly structured, reduced and scalable user experiences
- Prototyping, validating and iteratively developing solutions in close collaboration with product owners and front-end development teams
- Direct contact with our users: obtain feedback, monitor user behavior and derive concrete optimizations
Additionally (approx. 20% of your workload):
- Maintenance and development of minor changes to the ipex website (Webflow)
- Creating application and marketing visuals
- Design and implementation of release, tutorial, demo and marketing videos
That's what you bring
- MAS in Human Computer Interaction Design
- At least 3 years of practical experience in UI/UX design of digital products (web and mobile)
- Very good Figma skills (design systems, components, prototyping)
- Ability to justify UX decisions in a structured way and represent them independently
- Basic technical understanding of modern front-end technologies and pleasure in working closely with development teams
- Interest in direct user contact and iterative product improvement
- Very good German language skills, good English language skills
