We are a team of dedicated process innovators, independent building experts and competent IT specialists. Together, we're rethinking the management of building damage.
To strengthen our team at the Wallisellen location, we are looking for a competent and independent (in-house) claims expert building with a focus on mason | civil engineering (m/f/d) 100%.
That's what awaits you
- Independent review and evaluation of tradesman offers and invoices in the areas of civil engineering, road construction, sewerage and masonry work, based on the submitted documents relating to building damage (document check)
- Carrying out price research and plausibility checks
- Written and telephone communication with craft businesses, insurance companies and policyholders
- Autonomous and IT-based work with proprietary IPEX software
That's what you bring
- Technical training in civil engineering, mason or in a comparable profession (e.g. road builder EFZ, civil engineering specialist with a focus on pipeline or sewer construction) as well as further training as a construction polisher, construction manager or construction manager
- Several years of professional experience in construction/civil engineering, ideally related to offers, construction management or claims settlement
- Good price and expertise in your area of expertise
- You are an IT savvy and enjoy working digitally
- Negotiation skills as well as an exact, solution-oriented and customer-oriented way of working
- Very good written and spoken German skills, French and/or Italian are an advantage
