Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) 100%

To strengthen our software development team in Wallisellen, we are looking for an experienced and independent Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) 100% with immediate effect or by appointment.
That's what awaits you
- Development and maintenance of software solutions using Java and other latest technologies
- Co-designing and expanding our modular application landscape within the ipex platform
- Working with the team to implement new features and improve existing systems
- Work as a full stack developer with backend focus
- Integrate and manage databases in both SQL and NoSQL
- Ensuring compliance with authentication and authorization security protocols
- DevOps: Deploying and Managing Container Technologies and CI/CD Pipelines in the Cloud
- Collaboration in setting up agent-based software development
- Collaboration in setting up and developing a modern, automated test strategy
That's what you bring
- Special/university degree in computer science or comparable education
- At least 5 years of practical experience as a software developer/architect
- Experience in designing and operating complex, distributed systems
- Profound knowledge and practical experience with Java and a common framework (e.g. Quarkus or Spring Boot)
- Very good knowledge of several of the following areas: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Kafka, Maven/Gradle, SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB), REST and OAuth2
- Frontend experience (e.g. Angular or React)
- Experience with test automation
- Very good German and English skills
- Personal initiative, a high level of abstraction and an understanding of modern software architecture
