• Management, development and support of a team of claims experts in the building sector
• Ensuring stable and efficient day-to-day business with clear prioritization and management
• Active participation in the review of offers and invoices
• Support for the team in complex and contentious cases as well as the first point of contact for technical and organizational issues
• Managing quality controls and ensuring consistent working methods
• Conducting employee interviews and employee development
• Monitoring and analysis of relevant key figures and initiation of improvement measures
• Close cooperation with the head of offer and audit in the development of the division and participation in overarching topics such as team performance, customer service and process optimization

That's what you bring

• EFZ basic technical training in the construction/building sector (e.g. mason, carpenter or comparable) as well as further training as a construction manager, foreman or similar
• Management experience and the joy of accompanying, supporting and developing a team in everyday life
• Several years of experience in reviewing offers and invoices or in a comparable role
• Ideally experience in the insurance environment and/or in processing and processing claims
• High level of professional competence and the ability to pass on knowledge in an understandable way
• Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working
• Good communication skills and confident appearance
• Very good German language skills, another local language is an advantage
