To strengthen our team in Wallisellen, we are creating this new key role and are looking for an entrepreneurial, effective personality as Head of Digital Claims Management (m/f/d) 100%
That's what awaits you
- Overall operational responsibility for digital claims management
- Development of our digital system landscape and processes with a clear focus on scalability, efficiency and transparency
- Ensuring stable, high-performance operation of digital processes in day-to-day business, including compliance with the SLA
- Identification and consistent implementation of digitization potential along the entire operational value chain
- Management, development and orientation of team leaders as well as building a powerful organization in the area of digital claims management
- Management of performance based on relevant indicators and active derivation of measures to achieve goals
- Close cooperation with COO, IT and operations as well as an active role in cross-divisional projects
That's what you bring
- Several years of management experience in an operational, digital environment (e.g. operations, platform business or process management)
- Higher education (FH/University) in economics, computer science, engineering or comparable — or profound practical experience in a comparable function
- Strong understanding of digital processes, systems and interfaces as well as their scaling
- Experience in managing operating units based on key figures (KPIs, SLA, quality, efficiency)
- Demonstrable implementation strength — you bring issues to the streets and achieve results
- Clear leadership skills combined with the ability to further develop and engage teams
